GENERAL RETURN POLICY
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return the product to us and we will either repair/replace it, or credit your account. You are eligible for a REFUND, CREDIT/GIFT CARD, or EXCHANGE which are subject to the below terms:
Products that are bought from the Physical Stores can’t be returned. All Items are eligible for return and would be processed if conditions are met.
You are always required to ship back the items by following the shipping instruction:
Once your return request has been approved, a return address will be sent to your email on file. Item will be expected to be securely shipped with any and all included extras in the original package. Package will be required to be insured to full value of purchase to ensure safe shipment back to us.
REFUND POLICY
In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the goods within 14 days of your purchase. If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 14 days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.
- Product must be returned in its original packaging
- Product wasn't used or damaged
- Product must include original tags (if applicable)
Aside from these conditions there are items that can be returned but are not refundable as stated in the following:
After we receive your product, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the Original Payment Method you’ve used during the purchase.
CREDIT POLICY
You are given 14 days to ask for the credit from the date of purchase. Customers are entitled to ask for STORE-CREDIT in exchange to the product
In order for the product to be eligible for Credit make sure that these following conditions are met:
- Product must be returned in its original packaging
- Product wasn't used or damaged
- Product must include original tags (if applicable)
Product that are on sale or discounted is eligible for Credit
If the product will be refunded through Credit there will be charge on Shipping Fee of $shipping costs are non-refundable, and Restocking Fee of $dependent upon use and / or damage per item, which would be applied through a total reduced refund or credit.
We offer 100% return to refund that are processed through Credit and has No Expiry Period. Unfortunately, Credits can't be used to pay for shipping fees.
EXCHANGE POLICY
Product can be exchanged for a different size or color variation, provided that such variation is available. Customers are allowed to exchange for item within 14 days. Exchanges exceeding 14 days will not be processed.
In order to be eligible for exchanges make sure that these following conditions are met:
- Product must be returned in its original packaging
- Product wasn't used or damaged
- Product must include original tags (if applicable)
You are required to ship back the product for the item to be inspected and replaced.
You exchanged product will be processed Once items are received and conditions confirmed.
You are given the rights to exchange the item, One time. Provided that all conditions in Exchange Policy are met.
Shipping costs will either be prepaid or paid by the Buyer prior to the exchange.. The exchange item must be the original item sent in the original invoice..
