30 Days from Date of Purchase Return Policy

Items must be in un-opened condition.
If item is returned used, falsely claimed, or without proper RMA Approval, a 35% to 75% restocking fee, dependent upon severity of "use and return" or "customer damage", will apply to your refund. If item is found to be purposely damaged, we may either not issue a return, or if return shipping is paid by the customer, return the same item in its' same condition.

Return Request MUST be submitted before return, either through your account on our site, or via our Contact Us page or email to, within 30 Calendar Days from the Date of Purchase. One of our Representatives will typically reply back within 24 hours (during normal business operational days),  with further instructions based upon the issue presented. 

All Return Shipping will be paid by the Buyer. Return Shipping MUST include Insurance to cover the full value of Order.

Upon receipt of item(s) of approved RMA, our Returns Representatives will inspect the item to insure that it complies with our policy of having returned an unopened item. If item is returned due to an issue, the same Representatives will inspect the item in relation to your stated issue as well as performing a full inspection for any further issue(s) and use. This process typically takes us 2 to 3 business days to perform.

Upon completion of this step, our Returns Department will make a final determination of the refund. If item was considered new, unopened, and/or had the manufacturer made defect, per stated when requesting a RMA Approval, we will submit a refund back to the payment method utilized during this purchase. If the return reason stated is vastly different from actual item condition, we will document and notify the customer of our determination, reason, and documentation, and send the appropriate return rate back to the original payment method.

Once we refund a customer, the request is immediately sent to the payment method provider / bank of the Customer. That bank typically takes anywhere from 3 to 9 business days, dependent upon each bank. If requested, we can provide the authorization code that is sent from our end to your bank.

For items containing internal battery(s), no return is accepted for opened item due to the nature of internal discharging battery.
