01. The order

Upon placing the order, an invoice will be emailed to the email address specified on checkout. If you wish to look it up, you could also log into your account within our site and check orders.

Our cut-off time for processing daily orders is 1:00pm PST. Any orders placed afterwards are shipped out the next business day.

02. Shipment

Currently, we offer only Standard Shipping via one of our couriers used - DHL, FedEx, OnTrac, UPS, or USPS. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate a specific shipping courier.

Any orders placed before 1:00pm PST during normal business operations, will have their orders shipped that day. Any orders after will be shipped out the next business day.

Our couriers pick up the shipments throughout the entire day.

All orders will be shipped out via a trackable method. Tracking numbers are designated and coordinated by the individual courier.

A universal 3rd party courier parcel tracking service that we recommend and utilize is 17track

03. The order

When placing the order, a day of shipment is indicated. After the order has been placed, the same delivery time will also be stated on the order confirmation. It is therefore never possible that during the order, the shipping day on the website, is different than on the order confirmation.

If the order has a longer delivery time than you had previously seen, it is of course possible to cancel (a part of) the order. For this you can contact our customer service. They will cancel the order for you. The purchase amount will be back on your bank account within two working days. When an order has already been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.

When you have paid for the order, you will not automatically receive an invoice for your order. If you wish to receive an invoice, this can be done in two ways.The first way is through your account at our store. When you log in to your account you can see your orders and download the invoice.

04. Cancellation, Returns, & Warranty

We can typically cancel an order within 30 minutes of placement. If the order has been moved to processing via one of our warehouses, we would not be able to cancel the order. Please contact us right away to see if cancellation is possible.

We offer a 14 day return policy for brand new, unopened item(s). The Buyer will need to contact us regarding a return. Our Returns Department will likely request an image of the shipping packaging, item packaging, and anything included within the shipping box.

Upon approval of a return, instructions and an address will be provided to the Buyer for return. Instructions must be followed.

Buyer will pay for shipping back to us and will not receive a refund for any prepaid shipping.

Upon receipt by our Returns Department, it may take up to two (2) business days for a refund to be submitted back to the payment method used. Our Returns Department does have the discretion to impose a restocking fee if 1. the Return ws unauthorized 2. Item is opened / used.

Depending on the item, a manufacturer's warranty may be available for your product. Any product that states of a manufacturer's warranty will have warranty information within the product packaging.

Most manufacturers will require you to keep / maintain the original receipt along with the actual item requested for warranty.
